Wayne Stevenson and the team at Ferntree Gully (FTG) have proudly accepted the ‘Chery Global Excellence Award’ at this year’s Chery Dealer Awards ceremony in China.

With over 1800 dealerships globally, FTG becomes the second Australian Chery dealer to receive an Excellence recognition, marking them as an official part of the elite 44 Excellence Dealers world-wide.

Wayne Stevenson, Dealer Principal, attributes this impressive accolade to his dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused team.

Although this achievement marks the team’s first official award, they are no strangers to success with impressive milestones beneath their belt already, such as volume of vehicles delivered. The sales team plan to continue pushing for best possible service and dedication to customer experience.

“This award serves as reinforcement that we are doing the right job,” Mr Stevenson says.

The momentum is only set to continue. Backed by recognition of their hard work, the team are fired up and ready to drive community and customer engagement in the race towards next year’s awards.

However, while this award is sure to be the first of many, Mr Stevenson mentions, “For us, winning awards isn’t the goal, but it’s the by-product of the effort and commitment that we put in every day to provide impeccable customer service.”
